By booking a healing session or package with Marta Maciejko, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before booking.
2. Services Offered
I offer services that are designed to support your spiritual growth, healing, and transformation.
Important: My services are complementary and holistic. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or counsellor.
Services include but are not limited to energy healing, intuitive guidance and spiritual support sessions delivered online or in person.
3. Medical Disclaimer & Indemnity
a) Disclaimer
Marta Maciejko does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
By booking a session, you agree that:
- Any information you receive during sessions is subject to your own interpretation
- The information provided does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
- Session content does not replace professional advice from doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors
- You will consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns
- If you experience improvement in any condition after sessions, you will not suspend or change medical treatments or prescriptions without first consulting your healthcare professional
- Choices and actions you take based on information received during sessions are your sole responsibility
- You will not use session content as a replacement for professional medical, legal, or financial advice
- Energy healing is meant to complement, not replace, professional medical care
- Healing is a personal process. Results vary from person to person, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
- You should always check with your physician, financial advisor, or lawyer before taking action regarding your health or financial situation
b) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marta Maciejko from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Any use of session content or services other than as expressly authorized
- Your use of any information obtained during sessions
- Any decisions or actions you take as a result of your work with Marta Maciejko
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Single Sessions
Cancellations:
- You may cancel your session with at least 48 hours' notice and receive a refund of the session fee minus any payment processing fees charged by PayPal or other payment processors
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable
- No-shows (failing to attend your scheduled session) forfeit the full session fee
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge
- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice is not available. The session fee will be forfeited, and you will need to book a new session.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the appointments of other clients.
Emergency Situations:
In case of a genuine emergency (medical emergency, hospitalization), please contact me as soon as possible. Emergency situations are handled individually and are exempt from the standard cancellation policy.
Package Sessions
General:
- Package sessions are non-transferable (for use by one person only and cannot be given or sold to another person)
- Package sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase
Cancellations:
- Before first session (at least 48 hours notice): You may cancel your package before the first session with at least 48 hours notice and receive a refund of the package fee minus any payment processing fees charged by PayPal or other payment processors
- Before first session (less than 48 hours' notice): The full package fee is non-refundable
- After first session: Remaining package sessions are non-refundable once you have completed one or more sessions
- No-shows (failing to attend your scheduled session) will result in that session being forfeited from your package
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule any session from your package with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge
- Rescheduling any session from your package with less than 48 hours notice is not available. That session will be forfeited from your package
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the appointments of other clients.
5. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm that the person is 18 or older.
6. Session Conduct
Your Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time for your session (online or in-person). If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the appointments of other clients
- Be in a quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted
- Have a stable internet connection (for online sessions)
- Come with an open mind and a willingness to participate
7. Confidentiality
Everything shared during your session is confidential. I will not share your personal information, session details, or anything discussed without your consent.
Exceptions:
- If required by law
- If there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
In such cases, I will always try to inform you before disclosing information where it is safe to do so.
8. Results & Expectations
Healing is a personal journey. Results vary from person to person and are influenced by many factors, including your commitment to the process, your openness to change, and your unique circumstances.
Marta Maciejko does not guarantee:
- Specific outcomes or results
- That healing will occur in a specific timeframe
- That you will experience the same results as others
9. Limitation of Liability
By booking a session, you agree that:
- Marta Maciejko is not liable for any physical, emotional, financial, or other outcomes resulting from or related to our sessions
- You take full responsibility for any decisions or actions you take as a result of our work together
- You release Marta Maciejko from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in sessions
10. Code of Conduct
Mutual Respect:
I am committed to providing a respectful, safe, and professional environment. I ask that you:
- Treat me with respect and courtesy
- Communicate openly and honestly
- Honor session boundaries
I reserve the right to:
- Decline or discontinue services to anyone who is disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate
- Refuse service if I feel the working relationship is not aligned
11. Intellectual Property & Recording Policy
All content, materials, and teachings provided by Marta Maciejko during sessions or on this website are the intellectual property of Marta Maciejko and are protected by copyright.
Recording Sessions:
- You are welcome to audio record your session for personal use only. No video recording.
- Recordings may not be shared publicly, sold, reproduced, distributed, duplicated, or used for commercial purposes in any form.
- Marta does not provide recordings; if you wish to keep one, please make arrangements on your end.
- Recordings are for your private healing journey and reference
Use of Session Content:
You may not:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute session content, materials, or teachings publicly
- Use session content or my teachings for commercial purposes without my written permission
12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing any legal action.
Jurisdiction:
You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
Marta Maciejko reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
